Made in 2014. The burger bun is a vanilla cake and the burger is a dark chocolate sponge. The lettuce leaf and cheese slice are made from thinly rolled fondant icing. The ketchup is glace icing coloured with red and orange food colouring. Finally the top of the bun is sprinkled with ground almonds to represent sesame seeds.
