Zombie Cake

Made in 2013. Chocolate sponge covered in green vanilla buttercream piped to resemble grass. The grave was made by removing a section of cake and filling with crushed double chocolate chip cookies to look like soil. The removed cake was then covered in fondant icing to form the gravestone. The zombie’s head is modelling chocolate with fondant decoration and the arm and foot are also made from fondant.
