Made in 2014. It is a chocolate and vanilla marble cake; the mixture was piped into the tin in alternating circles of colour to give a striped pattern when the cake was cut rather than the typical random pattern of a marble cake. The cake is covered in fondant and decorated with “Bazinga!" the iconic catch phrase of Sheldon Cooper. I piped the cake prior to baking to get the striped pattern, as it ties in with the theme of the cake, as cutting into it and seeing the interior design is the sort of surprise that Sheldon would use his bazinga catch phrase at.
